Our Story

An Invitation to Celebrate

We could have picked a hall down the street — but where's the adventure in that? Instead, we're inviting our favorite people aboard Star of the Seas for seven nights of turquoise water, sun-soaked decks and one very happy "I do." Come for the wedding, stay for the islands. This is the celebration we've always dreamed of, and it simply wouldn't be the same without you.

The Wedding Day

FAQ & What to Pack

Do I need a passport? +

Yes — we strongly recommend a valid passport (book ahead, as renewals take time). Because we visit the Dominican Republic and St. Thomas, a passport is the simplest way to travel. If you don't have one, reach out and we'll walk you through the options.

How much does it cost? +

Cabin pricing varies by room type (interior, ocean view, balcony or suite) and how early you book. Use the "Book This Sailing" link in the Booking section for live pricing, or email us for help choosing a room.

When should I book by? +

The sooner the better. Cruise fares generally rise as the sailing fills up, so booking early usually means a better price. Aim to reserve your cabin by February 1, 2027 so we have a final headcount.

What dining time should I pick? +

When you book, please select a dinner seating between 6:00 and 9:00 PM. We're hoping to arrange a special dinner one evening that everyone can attend together, and matching dining windows makes that much easier. If you're given the choice, "My Time Dining" within that window works great too.

What's the dress code for the wedding? +

Coastal formal. Think light, breathable fabrics and ocean-inspired colors. It'll be warm and breezy on deck, so comfortable, deck-friendly shoes are perfectly welcome. The ship also has its own formal nights if you'd like to dress up more.

What's included on the cruise? +

Your fare covers your stateroom, main dining and many casual eateries, most onboard activities and entertainment. Specialty dining, beverage packages, Wi-Fi, gratuities, spa and shore excursions are extra — beverage and Wi-Fi packages also extend to Perfect Day at CocoCay.

How do I get to the ship? +

We depart from Port Canaveral, about 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Plan to arrive in Florida the day before to avoid any travel hiccups — there's plenty to do, from Kennedy Space Center to the beaches.

What should I pack? +
  • Valid passport & travel documents
  • Coastal-formal wedding outfit
  • Swimsuits & cover-ups
  • Reef-safe sunscreen
  • Sandals & comfy walking shoes
  • Sunglasses & a hat
  • A light layer for cool evenings
  • Motion-sickness remedy (just in case)
  • Day bag for port excursions
  • Your best dancing energy ♡
